How we keep client stores compliant
Every client build has to meet these standards before it goes live. All of them exist to keep the store positioned for laboratory research use only.
Certificates of Analysis
Check the batch yourself
Every compound in the catalog is tested by a third-party lab and the certificates are published with their dates on them. New COAs get ordered as new stock arrives. A buyer should be able to find the certificate for the batch they were sent.
A scan code that opens the certificate for that exact batch is going onto the vials now.

Why research use only matters
Under the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, whether a product counts as a “drug” depends on its intended use (21 U.S.C. 321(g)(1)). Intended use is established by marketing: the claims, the labels, the images, the words on the site. That is why the program controls all of it. Every store is positioned for laboratory research use only, and nothing on a client store discusses consumption, health effects or dosing.
The build standard
What every client build includes
Every one of these ships on every store we build, and each is a term of the Membership Agreement.
- A registered LLC with an EIN and its own business bank account before anything is sold.
- A 21+ age gate visitors must acknowledge before they can browse the store.
- Research-use-only disclaimers on every product page, in the footer and at checkout: not for human or animal consumption, not evaluated by the FDA.
- A checkout attestation: buyers must agree they are purchasing for research purposes before an order will complete.
- The full set of legal pages: Terms, Privacy, Shipping, Refund, and a standalone Research Use Disclaimer.
- Third-party Certificates of Analysis published for the catalog, plus a process for ordering fresh COAs so testing stays current as new stock comes in.
- Product reviews turned off entirely: an account of personal use is evidence of intended use, so no client store carries them.
What goes on the vial
Labels and product pages
Every label carries “For laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption.” Products use neutral catalog names, never pharmaceutical brand names. There are no dosing or usage instructions anywhere on the label, the product page or in support channels, and no health or performance claims in any copy or creative. The FTC Act (Sec. 5, 15 U.S.C. 45) requires the same thing: a seller cannot make a claim it is unable to substantiate.
Marketing rules
- Affiliates sign agreements requiring compliant promotion and disclosure of the relationship (16 C.F.R. Part 255). No consumption talk, no before-and-after content.
- No earnings claims, from us or from an affiliate.
It is in the contract
Every member signs a Membership Agreement before they get access. The education-only scope, the assumption of business risk and the no-consumption-claims rule are all binding terms of it. A store is not finished until every standard on this page is in place, and members are told when platform policies or standards change.
