How it works

From an empty LLC to a store taking orders

The six steps between registering a company and taking your first order. How much of each one you do yourself depends on the tier you buy.

The launch path

Six steps, in order

Where we build the store for you, the first draft comes back in about seven business days, with revision rounds after that.

STEP 01

Register the company

You register an LLC, get an EIN and open a business bank account in the company's name before you sell anything. We hand over the setup walkthrough and the legal-page templates. On the done-for-you tiers we do the store side.

STEP 02

Build the store

The store runs on WooCommerce and ships with the compliance layer already in it: age gate, disclaimers, checkout attestation, COA sections and legal pages. You can follow the 15-step module and build it yourself, or buy the done-for-you build and get the admin login when it is finished.

STEP 03

Choose your products

Pick what you'll sell from whichever list suits you. The dropship route has no minimum order, so you can put a compound on the site and see whether it sells before you buy any of it.

STEP 04

Pick how orders get shipped

Dropship means you never handle a vial. With a 3PL you own the stock but a warehouse picks and posts every order. Your own brand is the most work: you buy the kits, label them and post them yourself, and you keep the most per vial. Nothing here locks you in, and most people move up a route once the order count justifies it.

STEP 05

Turn on payments

Every client gets ACH and Zelle, plus an introduction to processors who have approved stores like yours before. Payments stall more launches than any other step, so we work through the setup with you.

STEP 06

Launch and find buyers

You get the recruiting kit for affiliates and influencers, the organic and email systems, and coaching through your first launch. Meta and Google restrict peptide advertising, so all of it is built for the channels that are still open.

Fulfilment

Three ways to fulfil an order

You can switch between them. Start on whichever one you can afford to run, and move when the order count pays for the next.

Pure dropship

No inventory, quickest to launch

The supplier packs and posts every order straight to your customer. You buy no stock, order no labels and rent no warehouse space. It pays the least per vial of the three routes and it has the fewest ways to go wrong.

3PL fulfilment

You own the stock, a warehouse ships it

You buy kits and they sit in your name at a vetted 3PL, who picks, packs and posts each order for $3.50 plus 50c per extra vial. You keep more per vial than on dropship and you never handle a shipment.

Your own brand

Most margin, most work

You buy the stock, order the labels and post the orders. It pays the most per vial, it takes the most of your time, and anything that goes wrong is yours to sort out.

Run the arithmetic on any of the three

Compliance is part of all six steps. Every store is research-use-only in its copy, its labels and its checkout, and the quality page lists each standard with the statute printed next to it.
